The New Savant was founded by Ingrid Nilsen and Erica Anderson in December 2020, emerging from a shared vision to create fragrance products that celebrate experience and emotion. Ingrid — a well-known creator who built a large audience over a decade of content creation — brings a strong sensibility for storytelling and personal connection. Erica, with a diverse background in media and technology, grounds the brand in strategic discipline and design. Together, they have cultivated a brand that blends artistry with thoughtful structure.

Their journey began during the global pandemic, when Ingrid made her first candle while visiting Erica’s family. What started as a creative pursuit rapidly evolved into a community-centric brand driven by a love of sensory experience, originality, and connection.
